Street Fest Makes a commercial (UPDATE 2) date fixed

Author's note: The final, correct, version of commercial has been uploaded and embedded in this post. Updates have been moved below the video, as it is no longer the primary focus of the article.

---

Have you ever been sitting around on a hot summers day staring slack jawed into the distance with your sweaty friends in various stages of undress, when some guy in red sunglasses barges into your house and shoves a placard into your face?

Don't panic, it's just an advertisement for this years Shepherdstown Street Fest, which manages to convey, visually, almost nothing about Street Fest while at the same time piquing my interest in it.

Watch it here:

UPDATE: 6:30 pm -
Jeannie Muir, Owner of the Thomas Shepherd Inn, Facebook friend of Michael Theis, pointed out that the production seems to have the wrong date, as Street Fest is on June 27th, not July 27th as noted in the video. The video was produced by Panhandle Public Affairs and directed by Shepherd University Mass Comm student Charles House.
--- UPDATE: 11:00 pm -

Shepherdstown Street Fest's Facebook fan page now has an updated version of the video, correct date and all. A Youtube version of the video is forthcoming, and once available will be posted with this article.
