Open house features new Shepherdstown businesses

SHEPHERDSTOWN -- From left, Town Recorder Lori Robertson, Sky's the Limit owner and pediatric occupational therapist Amy Childers and Mayor Jim Auxer cut the ribbon for the one-year-old business, during an open house at 217 South Duke Street on Friday night.

Next, Corporation of Shepherdstown Mayor Jim Auxer, left, speaks before cutting the ribbon to the business office of reading specialist Sarah Poland, middle, and Town Recorder Lori Robertson on Friday night. Poland and Licensed Professional Counselor Jack Childers opened up the business space in June, which they share for their meetings with clients.

Finally, Martinsburg resident Jake Talley, reaches for a plate, during the reception following the ribbon cutting of the new businesses at 217 South Duke Street, on Friday night.
